1) What are the delivery times?

We ship all our packages with care from Spain 🇪🇸.

  • EU: 2 to 5 business days
  • Switzerland, UK: 3 to 6 business days

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the chosen carrier.

3) Can I return a product?

You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.

Products must be unopened and in their original intact packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics cannot be returned.
