By placing an order on www.espanova-store.fr, you fully accept these terms and conditions governing the relationship between Espanova.store and its customers.
1. Products & Prices
Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
2. Payment & Security
Payment is 100% secure via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Shop Pay). Your banking data is never stored by our store.
3. Delivery (From Spain 🇪🇸)
- France : 2 to 5 business days.
- Belgium : 2 to 6 business days.
- Offer : Free pickup point delivery from 49 € purchase.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to change your mind. Cosmetic products must be sealed and unopened to be eligible for return.
5. Disputes & Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, we always prioritize an amicable solution before any legal action.
Shipping Conditions
Free delivery (from 49€) and reduced shipping rates are only available for orders with a total weight under 2 kg.
For any order exceeding 2 kg, standard shipping fees will be automatically applied depending on the package weight and destination.
For large orders exceeding 5 kg, please contact us directly to arrange delivery.
