For all orders over €49, delivery to a relay point is free. Home delivery is available from €3.99 for orders of €49 and more.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order or presenting your tracking number, for unopened and unused products. You must inform us by email before any return.

Delivery Conditions

Free delivery (from €49) and reduced-rate delivery are only available for orders with a total weight of less than 2 kg. For any order exceeding 2 kg, standard delivery charges will automatically apply based on the package's weight and destination. For bulky orders exceeding 5 kg, please contact us directly to arrange delivery.

Returns are accepted for up to 14 days after receipt of your order or confirmation of your tracking number, for unworn items. As a customer, you must notify us by e-mail before any return, only in the following cases: – Incorrect item received. – Item not as described (damaged packaging, for example). – Defective item. – Delivery time exceeded. – The carrier does not allow inspection of the goods before payment. The returned product(s) must be in their original packaging, properly packed, undamaged and unworn. This means that they must be carefully packed in a cardboard box to protect them during transport, preferably the same box as used for the initial shipment.
